    Next Manager

It's so obvious nobody has mentioned him.

Nigel Clough. Doing a great job at Burton. With all due respect we're bigger than Burton. Go get him Tony.

Might have been an option 6 months ago - but a lot has happened in the interim.

Phil Brown. 3rd fav' know he's a horseracing man that bolds well with me. Show's you've got something about you. Not this so-called gambling on football. Never been gambling.

Racing men are a different breed but wouldn't give someone managers job based on that.

Either stick with Warney & Brecks till we get right man in. Clough or Mcarthy or bring Richie Barker in.

At least Warney knows Slade. They were at Yeovil together. I remember sitting in Russell's home and him saying that he was a model professional. Still is and always will be for me. I just hope this stint doesn't 'break' him.

I'm going to go as cheep as posible on this one.

Warne, Hamshaw, Dibble and Freckington + 1. Give them a contract that runs concurrent with the ones they have so if it doesn't work they stay with the club. They're big enough to accept it and it'll save money.. They don't have to learn about the situation they've seen it unfold around them.

If the players won't learn from them then get rid!

Stewart can concentrate on the infrastructure that is missing and all of the management team need listening to.

There is no other way of getting out of a boom and bust position that we're in.

Hope Warne doesn't lose heart. Side he put out yesterday with players was more or less best he could put out with players he had available. Personally I'd play Yates in place of Brown.
