    At last a sensible move by the club. We can't expect miracles but the boat will be steadied a bit.

    Not sure with the current players if it will make any difference but it's excellent news.

    I've always questioned why he isn't on the board, he must know more about football than all them put together

    He is the epitome of a director of football in my opinion, player,coach,manager, he's done it all....

    But who is the new recruitment officer, still in a job on his notice, any idea's, at first I thought Ronnie Moore, but he's jacked in, or does he have to wait to take up another post.

    My money is on Paul Winstanley still employed by Brighton or someone of a similar calibre.

    Hopefully it`s not someone who watches The Dog & Duck on a Sunday morning.

    If it is Winstanley or someone similar it shows the club are making the effort to sort recruitment out.

    Last week Paul Warne said he had asked if he could have some help with the coaching and that he had someone in mind.
    I think that person must have been Breck and I'm not sure we can read any more into it than that at this stage.
