No one is the right man Pete, we have a Shyte team in a good league and were down November. Best accept it and plan for next year, RM as much as I love can do feck all about it, whatever the question is he isn't the answer

So there you have it - confirmation that TS has no intention of finding another manager for next season.

Ronnie why the f@@k not? seriously a guy who's done it n got the t shirt, much more tactically experienced, than Warnesy, another Miller through n through. To the end of season what's to lose. DWTM!!

Agree with you GM and in my opinion we were down from the get go. I realise we are down. I just don't see the sense in having Warney in as manager. Sooner than later we need the new man. O would have hoped he could come in now, assess what we have and start to make plans for L1.

It doesn't make any sense to have Warney in charge and him bringing in players the new man may not want. Fairly obvious the club is in free fall and the bench showed how small our squad and therefor our options were.

My underlying fear is that we are in a worse position than we think and that Warney is the cheap route in L1 for a year or so. In a perverse way I hope Warney loses the next 6 matches on the bounce, forcing TS to do something. We shall see.

There is no logic or reason for persisting with Warney - other than cost saving. I admire his enthusiasm and commitment but I'm not even convinced about his fitness coach abilities. An excellent and loyal club man, undoubtedly, but is that enough?

Ronnie Moore should have been employed in some capacity months ago but we can all offer opinions and advice. The major problem is nothing decisive is happening anywhere at the club, there's nothing to stimulate interest, nothing to keep the waverers involved. And more and more are heading for the exits. Last week's talk was just that. It needed urgent follow-up action of some sort, any sort. But we're back to the same old... hoping that next week, next month, the next 3 months will see a spark of initiative, a sign that we've reached rock bottom and are fighting back.

Meanwhile, the king is in his counting house counting out his money...

We keep going on about TS appointing another manager, but its not going to happen this season, none of the decent managers out there will want the relegation on their cv,the better applicants will come in when this catastrophe of a season is over, and TS can convince his choices, that he will provide a strong budget to challenge for promotion.
However the search needs to be happening now,to see who we can attract,so that drawing up a short list at the end of this season.
Not same as last time when it was left far to late, and we were playing catch up,lets hope TS as learnt a very big lesson.

I'd have him back in a heartbeat.

Chances of it happening must be really slim though.

So they're obviously not already tapping in to his experience. Unbelievable.
