    Mashley sues jiminez

Ashley has taken old friend / club lackey Tony Jiminez to court over a large sum of money he paid for a share in a golf course . The money disappeared allegedly into jiminez's back Pocket.
Crikey Ashley has been to court more times than judge rinder.

Wasn't he originally a director here when Ashley first took over?

Why did he leave? It was with Wise wasn't it?
