Depends on destination I guess if you go to Benidorm or most of decent hotels in Spain from my experience it's always geemans who get up at 5am to put a towell on the sun bed. It got so beyond a joke once that manager of hotel room told them if they saw a towell before breakfast they were going to remove the towels. You could see why though some were doing it before they went to bed
