Probably guilty, but maybe not, so what does this achieve?

They had chance to act when he was alive and he could have been judged by our wonderful legal system but they held back.

Now it's way too late and starting to look like a witch hunt and covering themselves

There wasn't a proper investigation before they came out with this is why some are complaining.

I haven't read into it proper yet but if it did happen then No it's never too late for the victims who want to try and move on in their lives by getting all this out

It's a difficult one. Heath's family must be devastated by the making of allegations that can never be aired in court and whilst I get the notion of 'closure' for alleged victims, they too will not get an opportunity to have their say.

It's a lose-lose when looked at in that way.

Pretty much expected that comment from you grist brave on a computer but faced with one of the victims or relatives would probably **** yourself.

I suppose you think all the jimmy saville victims were just after the money too?

£1.5 million to investigate someone who's dead when there are 1000s of *****philes abusing children now, waste of resources but that's the police these days.
