    Health Warning Watch The Albion

As a fan watching the game our natural instinct is to be anxious when the other side have the ball. I guess this is our fight or flight response when we sense danger. Conversely when our side are in possession we should be hopeful, uplifted, excited – or so we should be.
Therefore when we have such pitiful possession stats and an even worse ball retention when we finally do escape the torture we leave stresses out, on edge, and totally exhausted from all that cortisol flowing through our vessels.
If after the end of this stressful ordeal we don’t see any reward in terms points we may want to compensate by seeking a reward in pints, or calling the Samaritans.

Maybe there should be a health warning posted outside the ground.
People who have cardiac issues, hypertension, anxiety disorders, depression, addictive personalities are not advised to enter.

After one of my strokes, my consultant told me to go home get some rest and avoid stress. This was 2 days before a wolves game early kickoff, my wife was asleep so went to the match before she got up. Wasn't in her good books when i got back.
After each match now it takes a lot out of me, physically just getting there and back on crutches, the stress can't be good for my angina, I must be mad.
