Dear Mr Trickydick

I have been informed that as a Tax Payer you do not care how the OS is funded and so as a West Ham fan I am sure you will be happy to help by paying the shortfall of £133m that I have discovered. I have instructed HMRC to send you a formal notice with the necessary bank details for you to send your payment.

I would not like to worry you with the potential losses projected to be £140m over the next 10 years and so I will be collecting this from some bloke in Dagenham.

Quite right. Londoners should pay for London. Unfortunately, the Government per capita spending figures tend to show, year on year, that the rest of us pay more for services in London than Londoners do. So, if all you Londoners on here could kindly raise your hands, I'll be collecting cash, cheques and houses shortly to redress the balance.
