Paul Ince Living In Cloud Cuckoo Land?

I've just been reading his article that has been published in the Brummie Mail regarding himself and other's getting overlooked for managerial vacancies at places like west brom or Crystal Palace. I'm not sure if he's actually applied for these jobs, but if i was given the choice of a Paul Ince or a Sam Allardyce, it would be the latter everytime. Some so called failed managers do get plenty of jobs, often it's how they sell themselves in the interviewing process and how a chairman/owner things the chosen candidate can help improve the team. For years i think Paul Ince has blamed everone for him not been given a job. i liked is a player, but as a pundit, he has a bit of an ego.

If he takes a good hard look in the mirror, the reason why he is never in the mix for these jobs may be because he's a crap manager?

Out of the six clubs he has managed, he left/got sacked from four of them having lost more games than he has won.

It's ALL about results with football management.

    Edit.

    Forgot the numbers.

That's the thing Newcy, manager's are judged by results, no matter how much they complain, they live and die by what's produced on the pitch.

He’s right in that teams keep giving people like Pardew and Moyes’ chances despite multiple failures. However, the answer isn’t giving other failed managers a chance. He needs to go back to League Two and build himself back up if he wants a chance. He had good success his first stint at MK Dons. Every stop was poor after that.
