Who could replace Frecks?

Irreplaceable of course, but we now have a hole that needs filling. Which midfielders are available of the right age and experience, can get forward and score goals, affordable on our budget and would consider a move to Rotherham as being a step up? Clearly the RUFC backroom staff have their finger on the pulse and are aware all possibilities (?) but just in case they are not perhaps we can make a few suggestions.
I'll start off with Jorge Grant. Only seen him play once and he looked very good. Any other ideas?

Can't fault his energy and commitment but he's nowhere near Frecks in terms of ability.
I think TS will have to get his cheque book out to get a decent replacement for Frecks.

Scunny are more likely to go up than we are so he would only consider moving if the £££s are right. Unlikely in our case.
