Different time in life.
Moore was playing well rest of team were inconsistent. Now team is consistent so no one players stands out...
I think proctor and Moore worked well together but once proctor got injured (horrifically) Moore just didn’t get the same results I guess partnerships are important. I think we are also seeing ball and smith forming a partnership too that’s why we look so dam good now
Nobody is telling me Smudger is better than Moore. Barnsley would pay the fee + 3 times wages we would pay him. Wouldn't you like Moore on his own up front with 3 in midfield. We'd be awesome now we have Palmer.
6-3-1? err no. We'd never get the ball
No I wouldn't like Moore up front on his own. We tried that for 2 months and the opposition sussed us out.
Two up front (ooo err) is much more attractive to watch
Moore only played 3 league games with Proctor and scored another 9 goals after his injury, I think his results were very good without Proctor!
With regards to the opening post, I don't think we're a better team because he's gone, we're a better team because we've changed the system. Moore could have easily played the same role that Smith is, and probably done it even better. That's not a criticism of Smith, I like him and think he's done great since he's been here, but Moore was a class above in my opinion.
These are your games where you say having Moore up on his own would be awesome

Was 0-2 down before we changed things which showed immediate improvement but by that time it was too late
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41315339 and against Blackburn
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41209855 and against Bradford away
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41951493 Shrewsbury here
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41867476 And the donny match where we barely scraped a win
Now boys and girls what is the common theme in these losses and a barely drawn match?
Yes people you are right it was Moore up on his own lol
Frecks only came on in Shrewsbury game in 72 mins and didn’t appear against donny or Gillingham after both games people said it was because frecks was out but when we went back to 2 up top the results showed it wasn’t just midfield it was Moore being marked by 2 CB and our wingers being closed down by their full backs
