It's been the same for 30+ years and at least now they seem to be trying to do something about it by banning players but it needs to happen to a big name to set an example. At the end of the day though it's down to the players to look at themselves as cheats and want to be 'better men' and not be looked upon badly by fans/managers/chairmen when they don't fall over.
