OT Joshua Vs Parker

Anyone watching this tonight, if so whats your prediction?

I'm going for Joshua, 9th round stoppage.

Joshua is the huge favourite with the bookies however Parker has never even been knocked down so can't help thinking he's being underestimated a touch.

I think it will be a easy win for aj in the 4th or 5th round. while aj was successfully knocking out klitschko last year Parker was struggle to a points win v hughie fury.

The Fury fight was a joke, Fury just ran off for 12 rounds. Parker has has surgery since then which is supposed to have improved his power but we'll see. Joshua should win but the Takam fight was uninspiring, he was supposed to have finished that in 3 rounds.

Give Parker his due, he was a long way from home facing an hostile 80,000 crowd, he wasn't overawed and came out of the fight with his pride intact and was the first person to go the distance with AJ.
Joshua on the other hand controlled the fight won comfortably on points without ever looking like stopping Parker.

David Price has the same problem as Amir Khan. You can have all the skills and power, and you can train to the highest level, but if you've got a glass jaw you're only ever one second and one mistake away from defeat.

As Khan proved, you can still win a world title if you fight perfectly and make no mistakes for twelve rounds, or if you've got a really clever promoter who can somehow get you one of the alphabet belts without ever facing a big puncher, but you're always going to be susceptible against elite competition.

Joshua I think is a very good fighter, and probably the best heavyweight currently out there, but I don't think he would have been able to live with a peak Mike Tyson (Kevin Rooney era) or Lennox Lewis. Tyson in his early days would have overwhelmed him, and Lewis was more naturally gifted. The only time Lennox lost was when he got bored and took the opposition lightly.
