    Playoff finals

The EFL Play-Off Finals will then take place on successive days at Wembley Stadium over a Bank Holiday weekend in May, starting with the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final on Saturday 26th, ahead of the season finale for Sky Bet League One on Sunday 27th and Sky Bet League Two on Monday 28th May. The order of the Play-Offs has been reversed – i.e the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final will take place on the Saturday - to assist with international call-ups ahead of the 2018 World Cup.

Nice one Bramley, I am surprised we haven't heard more of this. Are the EFL going to allow us to dictate when we play if we get into the play-offs? I doubt it. Will UEFA be happy with us playing games at NYS during the tournament? I doubt that. Add to that the fact that UEFA will almost certainly change the livery round the stadium and may want to change the advertising hoardings etc and there is the potential for problems.

Yes a very good point. I imagine the play-off dates are set in stone because of tv scheduling. I've not seen any details as to which semi (3 v 6 or 4 v 5)would be A or B.

I can't really see that there is much of an advantage/disadvantage either way. Hopefully this is flexible and we can be play-off B wherever we finish (as long as we're in the top 6 - obviously)
