Our better players will be gone and a few cheap old heads will be bought in to replace them. I think Candy Crush will close the purse strings now and we will drop back in to obscurity for a few more seasons.

We're a Championship side at the end of the day and will be for years to come if we're lucky. We haven't the cash needed to make a serious challenge, clubs that come down from the Premiership have a massive advantage. So it's same as unless you've got a motivater like Cardiff had!
No changes will see us back in the same position next season.
GR needs to make a lot of changes. A lot of players out. A few good youngish, hungry lads in and fill the gaps with Lowe, Elsnik, Thomas et al.
Do that and we will play offensive football because we have the players to do so. Attack when we have the ball. Press the oppo early when they have it..... and FFS ditch this zonal marking. It worked well this season. Not a single zone scored against us. The problem is opposition players did......
Blimey...didn’t expect the doom and gloom to start quite so early. Far too early to say. At the beginning of this season most thought the play offs were a realistic target and that’s what we’ve done.
A lot needs to be done behind the scenes re the likes of Bryson, Butterfield and Martin but otherwise I see no reason for such pessimism.
Rowett and Morris are both ambitious for the club...who’d have thought Cardiff and Wolves would be filling the automatic places this season?
No offence to anyone but Warlock is a genius at this level whilst Wolves have a cash cow with real money so they are outside the box. We are loaded with oldies who can't produce consistency for a full season and as for 2 play-off games in 3 days.... I rest my case.
No, it is a full rebuild, probably without much financial support and because of mad expensive contracts it will take some time (unless GR finds out what Warlock has!!). So, I tend to agree with OTR.
Exactly Manx. Anybody saying "promotion", I'll have whatever they are on. Those predicting "doom and gloom" are.... well doom and gloom mongers.
There will be changes in the squad. Players out, players in and young uns of our own getting a chance. Any prediction of where we "WILL" be in a year's time are ridiculously premature.
Christ get the razor blades out Call the Samaritans How the hell did we ever make the same playoffs with all the oldies The same oldies who took 4points of Cardiff 4points of Villa Lets get the kids in then when we lose a couple the same people will be screaming for more experience Lets just leave it to Rowett he knows what he wants
It's all about balance mista, we got the very best we could out of the current squad. The 2nd leg (if not the 1st) showed we could'nt match Fulham's energy and movement level's!! So, we need to raise the energy levels whilst bringing in some better players!! Midfield is an area where both energy and movement is essential. I agree, it is up to GR how he does it and clearly the experience factor is *****. At present the balance is wrong and needs addressing but it won't be easy.
The asterisk word is the one used for the other site!! What prat did that??
