I can remember when Notts was taken over by the Munto group,multi billionaires was going to pour millions into our club,they had to go through a fit and proper persons test as well,Munto even showed the board a bank account with £6million in it ready to invest and they passed the test,not a single penny was invested and they took millions out of the club,we literally coundnt pay our milk bill,we was so close to going under it was scary,Russell King was the fraudster behind it and even had a Panorama program about him a few years back but like I said,he passed the fit and proper test by the FA
