Looked a good prospect a few years back but not making it around the first team at 21 and a bad injury I think it was the right decision.
Hope it works out for him.

U23 now have a striker hole to fill. Vernam and Zanzala both gone.

Blackman will go IMO. Loaned out, sold or contract paid off.

Jerome has hardly had a look in during pre season. Obviously well down the pecking order.

Marriott won't have come to sit on the sidelines as some sort of appendage. I expect him to start on the bench and gradually edge his way into the starting XI provided he shows he can be effective in the SBC.

Martin has his abdominal issue which might be a muscle thing or it might be the rumoured Colitis. Either way, he is not yet match ready and it may well be a while before he is. That means he won't be going anywhere this window. Once fit, FL might keep him as a target man for matches where that is the best way to attack the opposition. Bennett can also play that role......

Vydra is still getting up to speed following his groin op in the summer. Doubtful he will be going anywhere this window as he is not yet deemed fit enough to resume normal training. Too much of a gamble for any club IMO.

He looks a kick and chase man cos he's played out wide. Play him centrally and he can hold it up quite well. Magic cross from him for the winner.
