If that was true I don't think a businessman like Alan Hardy would keep paying him. I'm sure he's worked hard wherever he's gone, even though the outcomes haven't always ostensibly justified the reputation he seems to command.

Looks a really solid signing. Goalkeeper had to be a priority. Now lets see if he can get into the team. Expect he will be an instant improvement if he does.
