    Just Say

Just say if we really got behind Notts on Saturday and beat Lincoln (unlikely I appreciate) but just say... Wouldn't everything look so different!!

I've got a feeling we just might. Then again if we were playing Man City or Barca I'd feel the same. It is me after all.

It makes me laugh as whatever happens you can't help have a bit of optimism for the next match (or season)...

I think if we were playing a mid-table team I'd be confident of a result. The break has allowed unfit players to get fit, plus we've brought in a couple more battlers. But I just can't see it against Lincoln - they're a tough side to play against. For what it's worth, I think Mansfield have the best squad in the division in terms of quality, but Lincoln are the toughest team in terms of their physicality.

A draw would be an excellent result, but I fear we'll still be too weak at the back to not concede less than 2 or 3.

If we can’t perform after a 2 week break, with some new players and a big, noisy crowd we never will.

Gonna be bloomin cold but looking forward to it.

The thing is we will be lucky if the new players have had the time to gel to beat a team at the top of their game. But let's hope they do.
