    Branislav Pindroch leaves

Notts County have parted company with goalkeeper Branislav Pindroch.

The Slovakian became the first representative of his country to play for the Magpies when he joined in the summer of 2017 but has struggled to nail down a first-team place.

Pindroch has been restricted to just five appearances during his time at Meadow Lane and has agreed to be released from his contract so he can seek opportunities elsewhere.

The club would like to wish Bran the best of luck his next venture.

If he can't break through this season he was never going to break through. Good move for both parties!

I agree. If you can’t get in a side that has the worst defence in English League Football or challenge a goalkeeper / defence that has conceded as many goals as we have then there is little hope of making it in the football league. So it’s for the best for everyone. I do also think that three goalkeepers is somewhat of a luxury and when a squad is as big as ours is one area that can be thinned out.

He could have sat out his contract but did not so leaves with well wishes.

In a couple of seasons knowing our luck and judgement he will probably end up in the championship.

It was a joke, he's done nothing in his time here other than look like a fan that won a competition to take part in the pre game warm ups.

You should have 3 keepers if you can afford it though otherwise an injury or suspension leads to a youth team keeper being on the bench. Can't imagine Pindroch was on much so I doubt him leaving is about money, he probably just wants to play games somewhere.

Pindroch staying or going won't have anything to do with Doyle coming or not, the difference in wages between the two would be huge, whether we actually pay 100% of what he's on at Cov who knows though, I would doubt it tbh
