Over the years (many) I've been to 9 finals to watch Dundee since my first in 1964. I've never felt the need to dress up like a fanny at any of them throughout my various ages attending finals. For the life of me I can't understand grown adults wearing orange boiler suits and the rest making a complete exhibition of themselves. I made do with club scarf that's all. I know each unto their own and it's harmless fun etc. but my inclination is that the majority of their core, regularly attending fans went to finals/semis etc. dressed more like a normal football supporter. On the other hand their out of town, only goes to big games, glory hunting, appearing out of the woodwork, once a season if you are lucky lot, are the one's who dress up like tubes and make fools of themselves.
