    Cheers for that soulman. Not lived in Bromwich for years but still remember many of those places and how they looked, but those images isn’t that video are way before that time. Amazing how time has gone by with all those changes. I chuckled when i saw the Edward street image.

    I enjoy looking at old photo’s, so thanks for that. It certainly depicts an ambiance of a bygone era. I guess in truth there were many hardships, though to some degree, perhaps people were happier with less.

    We did need much less to be happy in those days, the usual comparison, the price of a pint in the local is 5 bob more than I got a week when I first started work. Young lads and lasses these days need an absolute fortune to go out on the town.

    Great post again soulman nostalgia at it's finest.
