    I was reading an interesting article about the proposed buy out at Newcastle this week and even for them the business plan is all about selling their best players at high prices to balance the books and to keep a modest budget for new players each year of around £45m.

    What chance has a family club like ours got of competing in this ridiculous world.

    Think we are getting easily carried away here. We are top for the first time this season and if i remember right we only went top once last season - we have Leeds and Cardiff next, i doubt we’ll be top after those games.

    Correct...we went top for a few days and then that was it...If we have won promotion with Bilac as champions...then maybe.....but very early. Think he has a real challenge here.....

    I live in Wales and get Welsh news, when Swansea and Cardiff win it gets a mention on the news in our area, this weekend not a mention I wonder why?
