What's your thoughts?
I hate it.
It started years ago, probably started in America . Didn't mind it to start with but now the DJ is choosing certain songs for certain goal scorers IE: "Glad all over " when Shankland scores, which was ok to begin with, but now the resident Tony Blackburn is turning the volume down to get the fans to sing "Lawrence Shankland" BIG BROTHER is in control ...................
Edit : apologies 2019 - Calvin Harris![]()

I hate it more pre match before a big game or one where the crowd are up for it, the derby being one, all the pre match singing was half drowned out and left the music on for way to long....
I like it. Especially after shanks bangs one in gets the crowd going.
I like it as well. Adds to the atmosphere in my opinion.
I like the music/song that we can interact with after a goal has been scored. The Lawrence Shankland " Glad all over "after he scores adds to the joy of United scoring a goal. You hear on the German games, when a goal is scored, the announcer give the guy's first name, and the crowd shouts the surname; this is usually repeated 2/3 times. I think Partick are trying to do that.
I also like the United song at the end of the match, - would be happy if the team came out to that song each week.
As long as its no the sham 69 number, good song back in the day but, bit of a cringer at tanny imo.
Cant hear f uck all on the tannoys where i sit and we've made plenty complaints about it
We have been doing songs since PYHU for Daly maybe even before so don’t mind it if it adds to atmosphere. Only downside is our support sing so quick that the fan chant is way out with the music! Love ‘It’s United’ at the end of the game too.
