It also pulls no punches about the extent to which Russian money from sources close to Putin has permeated the British business and political class. As it points out, this means that what the UK is looking at here is not just an external threat, but "a threat from Russia within its own borders".

That seems to be the exact opposite of what is claimed in the 2nd sentence of the opening post.

Will the SNP be admitting they were helped?

There was no investigation into possible Russian interference in the Brexit vote, if you don't look you don't find, however there was evidence of the spreading of online fake news which was pro Brexit from bots that were almost certainly of Russian origin.

It was clear that our intelligence services didn't look too closely for fear of being treading into politics, as if thats ever stopped them doing stuff before as Harold Wilson would if alive testify to!

I think complex politics is a wee bit beyond your IQ level as evidence by your simplistic view of the word Red - its been a long time since Russia could accurately be called communist and whilst China is ostensibly a communist state, its a name they use but the reality is somewhat different.
