The hand with God - Maradona RIP

Died of a heart attack at home age 60.

Drink and Drugs can’t have helped nor can surgery for a sub-dural haematoma.

Good player who really didn't need to cheat, however, he did and I have never forgiven him for that.
His lifestyle will undoubtedly have led to his realtively early demise at 60 years old.

    RIP Diego.

R.I.P. Diego. One of the greatest players I've ever seen. What a character. Funny how most people touched with a bit of genius in them have troubles in their lives.. Scored one of the greatest World Cup goals against England and punched another in. Good lad.

whatever any may think of Madadona - even he didn't deserve to be included in the shlit that pours from the mouth of Macron.

Great player but had many personal problems.

Yes, he cheated in a World Cup match against England, but I wonder how many players HAVEN'T cheated in their career?

Harry Potts and Jimmy Mac have both admitted to diving for instance.

No sympathy whatsoever. As for being the Greatest, I don’t think so. Talented undoubtedly, but a cheat to go with it. Great players don’t cheat.

Like Alf I cannot understand some folk with talent spoil it with their lifestyle, good player but not in my list on 59's thread, a man who is is another cheat being Thierry Henry, great player but what lets him down was his hand ball cheating in an international match (and I cannot stand him as a person for some reason). that's one reason there is not any present players in 59's list as most nowadays are Prima Donna s and genuine soft arses.

    R.I.P.
