To be fair Al, I think that Gallagher was knackered as he had to do all the running fir the rest of the midfield as well.

Gallagher is knackered every game Tipp as he's here there and every where, unlike Sawyers! I still say you don't take off your best player off at a critical period especially as he could have rested him against Man City if need be, as we are expected to lose there!

Taking off Robinson for Austin was plain stupid - Austin had no pace at championship level so he's hardly going to do anything with a huge step up.

We will get nothing at Man City and if we lose to the Vile a change may be needed to blend in youngsters/players who will be with us in the championship.

Makes me sick Gayle got that goal - i always said a ruthless striker like him was never replaced and it was mainly about money - then you look at what we spend on wages and fees for Austin - Kanu - Grant and yes the forgotten Zohore who will be back in January! Incredible!

That's the issue with Sawyers and our midfield the past couple of seasons. It's so slow and easy to run past. You can't play Sawyers in a midfield 2 he's to slow and can't tackle. Dread to see him try handle KdB next week.

I agree! We have Livermore to come back soon who compliments Sawyers - crap! Thought Krov was decent today but with Robinson off he couldn't pass to fresh air!
