    Commentators apologising.

I'm fed up with commentators continually apologising to the viewers for 'inappropriate language.' For goodness sake, it's a football match not 'Woman's Hour.' Anyway, I don't hear them apologising when a crowd is chanting profanities plus the fact that there are some productions on TV where they are effing and blinding it from beginning to end. Just give it a rest!

If they are going to apologise for anything, it should be for their own rubbish commentaries.

Nothing to do with football, but I object to those TV presenters, when interviewing, forever saying “sorry to interrupt, but....”
The worst being Naga and Charlie...dreadful
I have to swap channels...Sky News preferable to Piers.

Have you been on the elderberry wine Paul?

I haven’t the foggiest what you mean in those last three sentences, not the faintest idea?

I’ve said this before but generally i mute the sound when watching. I notice a lot more of the game as you can focus more on the flow and tactics. The constant sound of commentators telling me just what happened and the co commentators giving their view (Often biased) distracts me.
Don’t mention all the football pundits jargon they all continually repeat.
    Honestly try it.
