That was brutal, no leadership, urgency or desire, substitutions were baffling, there was a point when their keeper had the ball at his feet in his box, we had 10 men in our half, lost count of the times we had 11 behind the ball, we are lucky they didn’t score first, we’d have been sitting here calling for McPakes head
I don’t buy this, it’s 3 pts, or they’re a no bad side, it was Arbroath at home, it’s no like the first time we’ve played them recently, we know what they bring we should be ready to counter anything they throw at us
The only chance of going up is to get in the play -offs, and wins are a must from now on.
Performances don't matter, get the three points, even if it means win ugly.
Dire game to watch but a win's a win at the end of the day. Lots of questions need answered about the current side and, for me, they all point at one man's failings.
However a similar display and result on Tuesday then more of the same ****e on Saturday with another win and at least we'll be looking like getting into the play offs where this side is very likely to crash and burn.
I agree with your entire post.
Me and my grandson were watching the match, I said the front two pairing isn't working, (Mullen, Cummings)
My grandson is Eleven years old and in the academy, he replied, yes, they are too far apart !
If he can see it, what is Mcpake thinking !
MoM and another assist from McMullen again today, which ba’heids suggested he couldn’t cross again? 🤣
