    Extract From the Bristol Post

They've got a number of games to catch up on. It's very difficult to fall behind in fixtures to have key members of the staff missing, both in terms of the players and the coaching staff, it does compound the challenge of avoiding relegation, of course it does.

But they will be a very hard working side and very committed. We expect it to be a tough game and how people view these fixtures always make me smile somewhat. It's expected to be a game that doesn't present the problems that other games do. It's a really tough fixture for us, on the back of our home form needs to be improved. We're aware of that.

I'm sure they'll come to our place with the intention of making things difficult for us. It will be great to go into this international break with a home win. Because we've started to put together some better performances, but we need to find a way of being consistent for longer periods of time. And that's really the aim for the rest of the season and we'll see where it takes us.

Nigel Piggy Pearson has some sympathy from the Bristol Post

I think it's pretty poor that a team like Rotherham will have to have a congested games programme. It shows you that there is a necessity for us in the industry for us to meet deadlines just because of the bigger picture. It doesn't make Rotherham's situation easier at all.

I have sympathy for them but can't do anything about it I'm afraid. I've said loads of times already since I've been here, we really need to concentrate on what we do ourselves. I know that every game presents something slightly different.

They seem very hit and miss this season, fingers crossed we get them on one of their miss days

That is such a shame for us, for a team that prides ourselves on set pieces in the opposition's box. Do penalties count in that list?

I wonder how it is calculated. I can think of a couple, including midweek where we half head clear to the edge of the box and then it's smashed in, do those count I wonder? Or must they be first phase goals. Who knows. Either way, not great numbers for us.
