Been away for a few days so not up to speed with what is going on here. I caught a bit of news about South Africa (I think). In the light of current attitudes and all that has happened with BLM etc it was decided to issue a set of stamps recognising the issue. This was supposed to be right on and well intentioned but it seems to have backfired. There has been serious objection about darker stamps being the cheapest and light ones the more expensive. Additionally I was told that I should not use the term Ping Pong as it is now inappropriate with racial overtones. My 10 year old granddaughter could not understand this

One thing I can never understand about the visiting hordes from the valley towns like Merthyr Tydvill is why do they all shout when they talk, they’re two feet away from each other shouting in conversation.

You should know better Mick with seaside towns in terms of where is more up market and where there are yobs. For example - Filey is nice but Bridlington is a s hit hole! Tenby is nice but there are yobs!

You should have invested in that nice Cornish retreat where you go - hardly any yobs there and I bet your investment would have tripled in comparison to Tenby.

I can picture now a gorgeous cliff top pad in Mawgan Porth with swimming pool called - Mick's Retreat - ha
