I’m almost in tears at hearing this terrible news.
What a good keeper he was for us in a terrible team, a real top bloke as well and a great affinity with our fans.
Truly saddened and gutted by this news.
RIP big man and thanks for the memories.
Along with Hoult, Foster, and the Pole Alan was in our top 4 keepers of the last 40 years.

Super sad news, he always came across as just a really nice and genuine person.
When I read the news, I had no idea he was with us for only 3 years, it felt like far longer than that. He left a big impression. I'll never forget his Boing Boing t-shirt after we had beaten the Wolves.
That West Brom team he was part of there seemed a real bond between the players and it was fun to watch. Players like Sneekes, Hunt, Peschisolido, Lee Hughes, Miller, Sean Flynn, Kilbane. Some real characters and we didn't always win, but I really enjoyed watching that side.
My affinity for us really grew in that period when I was in my early ****age years because we had personalities like Alan Miller.
RIP Big Man.
