    The Brentford model

Just watching the Brentford v Arsenal match. I think Brentford will comfortably stay up this season
They just seem to have a good business model and know what they are doing.
Their owner Matthew Benham who has made his riches from gambling is no richer than Tony Stewart.
We are clubs of a similar size with a similar size fanbase.
What is the secret to their success and can we ever emulate what they have achieved?
Has Tony lacked the ambition at crucial points when an investment injection might just have changed our fortunes for the better or as he given up on reaching the promised land?

London club that can attract players released by other London clubs or their academies. Particularly those players that want to stay in the capital

Attracting players to Rotherham is much more difficult

We'll know we've reached rock bottom when people start touting the Derby model

This model avoids serious rebuke and penalties when it does fail and fall foul of EFL regs, so it aint all bad

That is a bold statement to say you think they will comfortably stay up given they have only played one half of football in their debut premiership season.
However, Bournemouth did it for a few seasons and I do like Brentford as a club but I think it will be a huge struggle for them this season. UTM

I agree with Karl. First top level game for 74 years and look right at home.
