    Klopp complaining again- surprise surprise.

Not content with winning today’s game, the shell suited wonder , still finds something to complain about. This time about the robust challenges by Wood and Barnes. I didn’t see the game, so I cannot give an opinion. Has he got a valid point ? From a football point of view, I cannot stand him. Anyone else feel the same way . ?

    No he hasn’t got a valid point , he’s a typical
    Soft German
I’ve had the privilege off Playing in a Germany for a few years and it became a standing joke that the snipers in the stands used to get them as they screamed and rolled about like they’d lost a limb.

Constantly moaning and complaining to referees asking for cards - klopp is out of the same mould.

Klopp is just doing everything he can to aid those who want the sport to become non-contact! I am surprised that he didn't complain that we played balls that his players were forced to head ---we can't have that, can we?
Klopp's outburst this afternoon has convinced me that my decision not to watch the PL was a correct one, it is becoming more and more sterile in their quest to ensure that no player gets injured.

I was at a Northern League Division One game today which was played at a good pace, some good passing, great tackling, keepers making good saves with plenty of goalmouth action at both ends. No players falling over at the slightest contact or feigning injury. Respect shown to the officials who were doing their best. Yes, the standard isn't of the highest quality, however, this is the fifth game I have been to this season and have seen 24 goals including some cracking free kicks and all for a season ticket which was free because they had to abandon last season. So entry to the ground, plus a pint and a pie and chips all for 4 pounds and a saving of 40 quid on fuel. What's not to like, particularly when I listened to Klopp's moaning on the way home!

    .

there's plenty of "talk" regarding Burnley's style of football, time-wasting and generally unsporting behaviour - but it not for me to comment, am another that passed on the game.

I sued to like Klopp and admired what he did at Liverpool but his constant whingeing about our style of play has put me off him, only Burnley fans are allowed to whinge about that.

I watched it on TV. I thought we looked to be a good EPL outfit, but with no bench players who could change the game in our favour.

The lack of squad investment over the last three seasons will kill us this season.

Klopp was talking bollox, Wood and Barnes simply did not offer the Liverpool centre-backs a free ride. Klopp seems to be of the opinion that his players should not be pressed or tackled. We did not hit a lot of aimless long balls either, he just does not like how Burnley setup and play. Neither do a lot of others!

Klopp as now become a naturalised Liverpudlian, whinging at every opportunity.
In the first half we played well and were unlucky to be one down at half time. Although Wood and Barnes played a physical game the referee saw no need of any cards to be shown and he is the referee who shows the most red cards in the premier league.

Klopp also forgot to mentions their physicality such as when McNeil was fouled in the penalty area. God knows how he would have reacted if the referee had awarded us a penalty, which he should have done.

Perhaps he need to go back to wearing his glasses.

He also suggested, ahead of the match, that goalkeepers need more protection and should not be blocked from getting to the ball by simply standing one’s ground. Is there already a more protected species on Earth than goalkeepers? Breath on them and they go down needing treatment.
