Heard Rhinos going under the hammer this week, heard starting bids of £450,000.
Where this price come from no idea, I thought it was leasehold
Whether cannabis farm above premises up the price.

Rent is £104k a year on a seven year lease which ends in 2026.

old Riley’s snooker hall sold for £260k earlier this year.

You would need 750k to buy it refit it and run it . May be then you could make a profit .No doubt people would drink there just depends how they price the drinks and if they decided to continue with food .It is a interesting proposition for a millionaire

It will still be full of dross who ever buys it.County Borough spent thousands doing it up to try & go up market still full of dross.
