Doubt we will keep him. He will have numerous offers on the table from league 1 and 2.

Wouldn't begrudge him a move either. He's serves us well and deserves a shot at league football again.

Be interesting to see if Chessie keep hold of Tsimanga.

Agree with sentiments about Wootton. Been frustrated with him on occasions, but he's always 100% effort and when you hear him interviewed, he sounds like such a nice bloke.

You gotta know when to hold 'em
    Know when to fold 'em
    Know when to walk away
    And know when to run

Neither would I. This shows that the club is going in the right direction and comes with the territory. If you take young players, give them a platform and an environment to grow and develop where they become better than what they were when they first arrived they will either go up with the club or move upwards.

It's not happened much with this club over the past twenty years, but it will happen at some point and that is one of the things we have to accept. What the club will need to do is as the cream rises to the top and is skimmed off keep replenishing the team from the bottom and naturally other players will rise but in different positions.

Question is, which would be better, selling him in January for a fee or keeping hold of him until the summer and losing him for nothing?

Either way, if KW does decide to leave this season and we don't already have an adequate replacement lined up, I doubt even finishing in the top 7 would be feasible.

I think the same. If Wootton goes and we don't very quickly find an equal replacement, even a playoff place would be looking dodgy.

Going forward, IMO that the best we can hope for is to be a feeder club to a championship club, so it wouldn’t matter too much which league we were in - who knows, that club could be our nearest neighbours as it seems the relationship between the two clubs is getting stronger.
