O/T Meet Up with Fellow Madster Frank Casper

Myself & Frank Casper shared a few pints today in Church House, Wath.
Nice to meet Frank again, after only speaking to him for 5 minutes before
in a pub in Rotherham.
Both of us on the real ale, Frank on the Belgian Blue, & Abbott, myself having
the Abbott, Highway & Doom Bar.
Good to share stories of our time supporting the Millers, going back to the
sixties to the present time.

Sling some sausage rolls over Brin next home game, don't do the same with the soup though.

Enjoyed meet up Frank, no buses, & would have had to wait over a hour for a taxi, so stumbled &
walked home, kept stopping for a rest, took me one & a half hours, aching today.

Plus them 50 pence off a pint real ale Frank had, was a bonus.

New knee, new hip, waiting for other hip done, not a spring chicken, hard to walk, kept
stopping for a rest.

[ Good news I sent a e-mail to consultants private secretary, regarding my hip operation, which
was to take place in February 2020, I said I was willing to take a cancelation appointment, &
had been taking a lateral flow test since April 2021, to which I got a telephone call this afternoon
from Rotherham General Hospital, to go for the pre-op assessment on Tuesday 21st December ]

E-mail to private secretary sent Monday this week.

I will have you know I'm very generous although I draw the line at feeding half the Tiv end with Soup and Sausage rolls....

Not my fault sat nav was malfunctioning and kept taking me to the toilet instead of the bar!!
