Anyone recommend anything to do over Christmas

I was made aware on Monday that I have to have time off between 17/12 and 3/1 which is crazy short notice

Had a look at where is hot over Christmas and was planning on going to Mexico but had to wait for my daughters doctor to give it approval which he didn’t, so we can’t go to Mexico absolutely gutted

I’d really love to spend s9me t8me swimming with her as it would really help her rehab, can anyone recommend anywhere in UK with a nice heated pool we could get away to?
