    Behind close doors again....why

So from Boxing day, Wales goes Lockdown at all indoor and outdoor sporting venues! Leggo head in Scotland will follow suit so, it won't be long before Boris makes that unpopular decision making him enemy number one in line with all his other bad decisions but I have to ask why? The players are the ones at risk for not taking the jab(s) now I thought taking your Jabs reduces the risk of suffering thus helping you through it IF, you pick it up. Open air, wearing a mask, shut down the food and sanitise.....i just do not get it, you can go to the pub mix with strangers no mask but now face the prospect of being banned from VP. Surely proof of jabs and a negative test with the other precautions is plenty enough! For gods sake stop taking things away from us. I hate to say it, punish the people who are rebelling not conforming!
    Thoughts!

How do you want to punish people for making a different choice to your own Dave, a very high percentage of people in the UK have chosen to have the vaccine, myself included. It's all a tad convenient for the politicians, the media and scientists on one side of the argument to assign blame to the unvaccinated when the data for hospitalisations paints a different picture and all they now have left to argue for lockdowns is a depleted workforce. So if that's the only issue now and the vaccine does not stop transmission then change the isolation rules for essential workers, the tide of hospitalisations is already stemmed by vaccinations so I don't really see a problem - most people by now will have been infected and recovered or not know about it & thus be protected.

I also think the number of cases is purely down to more testing and is therefore no different to the summer - we distribute tests from pharmacies and whilst we are not the only source of supply the volume going out is a good barometer of demand which has more than doubled.

I am wholly against punishing anyone, it's the thin end of the wedge and will simply be an open chequebook for unscrupulous lawyers to cash in forcing us all to pay as the money has to come from somewhere.

I am suspicious as to how Pfizer have become so dominant in the vaccination and treatment conversation, it's a kind of insatiable monster that just has to be fed with billions in cash and it is THE only health issue that is talked about in the world yet the chances of death are <1%. Promising Alzheimer's treatments are taking many years to come to market by way of comparison.

Vaccination or Negative test....i say again, why punish all? In any case you will see most European countries making Vaccines Mandatory in the new year. We are too bloody soft in this country, scared to offend!
I have lost two friends to this virus and no one AntiVaxer who almost died of the Virus and is still in denial saying it was the flu, yet the NHS kept him alive and treated him for 5 weeks in hospital..... its a touchy subject with me 😡

Completely understandable Dave and I am very sorry to hear of that news, were your two friends vaccinated and free of underlying health issues? No worries if you don't want to share.

It would have been interesting to see the outcry, had the Govt denied the public the vaccination, from day one. Told them that they couldn’t have it. I would suggest that many of the self-righteous, so-called, ‘Freedom Fighters’ would be going all out to get jabbed.

Some just like to protest for the sake of protest, They will invent conspiracy theories, spout wild, unprovable sh1te, all in a vain attempt to validate their sad little lives.

If you don’t want the jab, fine, don’t have it. Well done to you, you little warrior you, but please, STFU, you noisy little Cs.

Dave ive had the vaccine but im tired of listening to people lecturing people pro or anti vaccine.
The virus came out of the lab. Anyone who suggested this was called a conspiracy theorist and had FB Twitter accounts deleted. The mainstream media called people conspiracy nuts.

Now were finding out it did come out of the lab and that mainstream media lied.
