How did your Christmas day go /

Did you all have a good time.
My wife and I stopped in to have Xmas dinner on our own with our dog.
Was invited to have dinner with the family, but like last year decided to stay safe and stop at home.
Last year was the Ist year we didn't have a big family dinner and to be honest we enjoyed it.
    Hope your day went well.

Hi Lloyd. I went to the pub at 11am, everything at home was already prepped. I had a lager and a whisky on the house, they always do this for the regulars. Had a few more lagers, got home and the dinner was almost done.
Had a traditional large rum and a glass of Prosecco.
Fell asleep for a few hours later. Pretty much the same as most years, it's always been family time.
Hope you had a good day pal.

Had my mum, sister in law and my single daughter and grandson around.

Covid has restricted our numbers which has made the last two Xmas Days far better as there’s less pressure on my wife with the cook and the usual niggle between certain people.

My eldest daughter came down with Covid yesterday and she’s feeling pretty rough but she’d cancelled her booster for various reasons and thus she’s now suffering due to that.

We used to go out for a family lunch on Boxing Day but this has ended over the past two years and this again is a bonus, me and the wife have had a quiet day on our own and time to prepare for our week in Harrogate starting tomorrow.

Hoping to take in a Harrogate home game with BaggieAl if he’s cancelled his USA trip.

Cracking Christmas Day. Had a good lie in after a couple of sleepless nights. Bacon sandwich at midday followed by some kettlebell exercises.

Had my first tot at about half three/four in the afternoon. Latest Christmas Day snifter in years yet possibly the most enjoyable in years too.

Dinner and company with the wife and son was lovely. Today less so with the former.

Not going to the game tomorrow but trains depending I might pop over to Burton for a few pre match beers with the lads just to keep her honest 😊 .
