    Val to Blame!

I have rarely criticised Val but will now! All these red cards and bookings are down to one man failing to stamp this out - Val!

Spoiling the games for the fans too! More changes with players than Katie Price has boyfriends! Is Dike meant to be the saviour when a team is cobbled together each week!!!

Pathetic Val and take responsibility for this charade!!!!

On this occasion - it’s Val! Any manager should be super hot on discipline!

I always think you get bad discipline records when the camp is unhappy. We have had it is the past and it never ends well because as others have said we are not going to win much with 10 players (well our record ain’t great with 11 either!).

I do think that it is the boss who has to set the standard and who is the person responsible when standards drop. Same in any walk of life.

I'm in full agreement. To my mind, there are too many problems at the Albion at the present moment, both on and off the field. In my opinion, the biggest problem is that I don't feel that all of the players are behind VI's style of play and I can fully understand why. This can lead to frustration resulting in bad decisions being made. As you say Yarm, it's ultimately the manager who sets the standards and at present we are below what is expected, both with regards to the quality of football and discipline.

It’s the individual at the top that sets the standard and if he’s a useless nonentity then that will permeate the entire club.

Yes, I do mean the chinaman. With no disrespect to VI, Chris Wilder would have been the ideal fit for WBA and the runt vetoed the appointment. Tw@t.

We have three suspended players against QPR and Val says we have to change it!!

There is no plural as in we - Val should have said I will immediately change this as being the manager - just like any manager the responsibility is mine!!!

Complete joke!!! Kipre and Livermore especially always taking opponents legs!!!

Dike can’t do it in his own and he won’t!! He needs decent supply from the engine in the middle. Who is the f uckin engine as can’t see Okay coming to us in a million years!!

Lack of discipline shows lack of concentration.
Many of these reds are for silly reason. A hrdd tackle near the touchline is undisciplined.
Manager has responsibility for the team but players have the bigger responsibility on the pitch.
Many are failing at this moment...
