    Ukraine & Putin.

    Is this dude bonkers?

Is it even possible to imagine the consequences if this lunatic invades the Ukraine?

He is not going to invade Ukraine-except if the jackboot wearing, swaztika loving,Hitler saluting Nazi government in the Ukraine (who we have now armed to the teeth)go back on the Minsk Agreement of 2016 and start attacking the eastern regions which are autonomous states according to those agreements. They are populated by Russian minorities-many of them with Russian passports.
If the Nazi Azov battalions attack those autonomus states then Putin will invade as he should to protect the Russian minorities. The MSM forget to mention the 185 Russian children killed by the indiscriminate shelling over the front line by the Ukrainian army since 2014.All you see is one side of the story.
The West has renegaded on all its agreements from the past regarding NATO expansion up to the Russian border. All the US and its allies need to say is Ukraine cannot become a member of Nato whilst there is a dispute regarding those internal regions with Russia. Then there will be no more trouble. They refuse to do this.It is the West who is itching for Russia to invade and start a war.

There are two sides to every story, as ever. Thanks CIB for giving the other side.

It is sad, after all these tears, that the “West” still regards Russia as its enemy. I really don’t think that posturing achieves anything other than entrenching people in the positions. There is a lot that we do not understand about Russia, the many different peoples that live in that vaste country, as well as the relationships with the countries that surround Russia.

Surely in this day and age it is possible for adults to sit down and listen to each other, to try to understand the fears and concerns and issues involved. As CIB has said, if there are Russians living in autonomous states then they should not be living in fear or need protection.

Where is the United Nations in all this?

thats right - Buda..."one side of the story"....of course, it doesn't have to be so, but is what the PTB rely on, folk preferring to lap up the propaganda than questioning and researching "all" the ingredients - Start with War itself, it's foremostly a game of business, economy, monopolies, company conquest - and nation building means Profits...we in Britain should no all about that, that Great came from the Plunder of profiteers, knocking out the rivals, controlling the stock and manipulating/cornering the marketplace....unfortunately - winning the people over through fear and dreams of glory is for them, the easy part.

remember 2014, it was touted as a revolution, but as Buda pointed out, was a coup..but who was behind it ?

....we dont need to look far from home.

    that Nuland-Pyatt phone conversation.
...a democratic solution and friendly Ukraine was Not the Plan.

and of couse, they Need a bad guy.... .

Trouble is brewing though CiB, we know that Ukraine's far right Azov Battalion are part of a Special Forces Unit. I understand from news reports over here that Ukraine's National Guard have trained their residents to assemble and dissemble a gun, to load ammunition and aim at targets as Russia have amassed over 100,000 troops at the border with Ukraine.
    WTF is going on?

Where is the United Nations in all this?

We call the UN forces in Lebanon' Chocolate soldiers.' The U N forces patrol South Lebanon, whilst inside Lebanon I heard that Hezbollah personal beat up a few UN soldiers ,and took away their weapons.
What are the aims or objectives of the UNIFIL?
    UNIFIL Fact sheet

Originally, UNIFIL was created by the Security Council in March 1978 to confirm Israeli withdrawal from Lebanon, restore international peace and security and assist the Lebanese Government in restoring its effective authority in the area.

If in the U N mandate, it states, '' restore international peace and security ?'' Why is it claimed that 'Hezbollah' has about 160 K rockets in their arsenal, scattered in South Lebanon, ''where is the peace and security?'' ''Phuckin Cholate soldiers!!''

    Who controls south Lebanon?
The area is now largely occupied by the Shiite Muslim Hezbollah, with Iran's help
