Both sound very sensible ..... while we are still d*****g around with procedures and bio-metric tests on the borders .... heads should roll at the Home Office .... a national disgrace on refugees at a time of greatest need....

I was listening to the Ukrainian ambassador explaining how his wife could not get a visa because she had misplaced her passport........so what chance anybody arriving at a border crossing with no papers?
