The 1921 and Holdings accounts for year ending 30th June 2021 should now have been filed at Companies House. A failure to have filed them by now would result in a Late Filing Penalty being levied.
I am almost certain that they will have been filed, though they do not yet appear on the Companies House web site. They are nearly always filed within the last few days before a Late Filing Penalty would be levied. It can be several business days between them being filed and actually showing on the Companies House web site.
