Swansea City have named Gareth Bale, has their new Technical Director of football.

Gareth Bale has signed a 3 year contract, from next season, Bale also will be
registered as a player for Swansea City, which will give the club a expected
avalanche of shirt sales.
Also a main bargaining point, was Bale having a new house in Swansea, after serious
discussions, council planners have agreed to planning permission for a 6 bedroom
house on the Mumbles.
