    Top 5 moments.

Inspired by one of our habitual moaners saying he’s not been entertained this season, I thought about my top 5 moments.

5- Richard Wood’s unbelievable performance away at Bolton. He was immense.
4- Ben Wiles power header at Hillsborough to set up the first goal.
3- Barlaser’s Volley against Stanley and their penalty miss.
2 - Tutu’s injury time equaliser at Wembley.
1- Has to be Georgie Kelly’s goal and celebration.

In the words of Russel Crowe ‘are you not entertained?”

I'm beginning to worry about Grist, I think he's taking over Wenduns mantle .

In fairness to him he may be relating to some games, where we have way under performed and the display was very dire so not entertaining at all. There were also definitely quite a few games we were lucky to come away with anything. Overall though we have been entertained in more ways that one. I suppose it's how each individual sees it.

    My five choices:

    5. Our runaway successful unbeaten run that saw us at one point go 13 points clear.
    4. 27 clean sheets......stunning achievement. This from a multitude of games against the so called big boys of the league.
    3. Smudge scoring so many league goals and the rest of the team contributing.
    2. Ben Wiles 'worldie' at Wembley.
    1. The team having the bottle to enter into a winner takes all, last game of the season away from home. How much pressure were they really under? An immense performance.

I could probably rattle up many many more memories but we'll leave it at 5 for now, cheers buddy.

    The list is endless mate.

I wanted to add Jamie Lindsay’s smile after his goal at Donny.

As it happens, 5 is the number of games I saw us 'live' this year and you might notice a pattern here so I'll accept everyone's thanks for the 7:00am or 4:30am effort I put in

    5. Ickys goal in the 1-1 Draw at QPR in the FA Cup (OK I know we eventually lost on penalties).
    4. Smudge's goal in the 1-0 at NYS against Ipswich.
    3. Ogbene's wonder strike to give us the lead at Wembley.
    2. Smudge's goal to cement the 2-0 win at Hillsborough.
    1. Georgie's sublime strike on Saturday to seal promotion.

I’ll get to post at some point after I’ve thought about it, if I just go with top of my head I’ll just keep adding more and more

    1. Ipswich away late November.
    Won 2-0.
Sublime performance against a club that had spent a lot of cash and another super strike from Ben Wiles for the opening goal.

    2. Bolton away, won 2-0.
First away game apart from Wembley I'd taken my grandson to.
The well worked goal from the training ground scored by Ben Wiles.
That routine worked a few times this season..

    3. Plymouth away. Won 1-0.
Weekend away, rode our luck in the first half then went on to win it with another Michael Smith goal.

    4. Tutu goal at Wembley

    5. REG goal at Gills to send us on our way and Georgie Kelly goal, perfect end to a perfect day.

Far too many to mention, really enjoyed this season.
