Transfer Fund For Championship Next Season???

With the impending sales of KP,Raph,Bamford plus don't we get parachute payments?

Surely we should be able to assemble a squad capable of the play-offs with the cash we will have?

Or will Radrizzani pocket the lot and leave us with what's left

One good thing Bielsa did was cut down the size of the squad so we won’t go down with a bloated squad and some contracts are up.

The player contracts have relegation wage reduction clauses.

    We will get parachute paymentts.

We will get payments for players that get poached.

The challenges will be buying decent players to get promotion who can play in PL too.

We also need tactics that work - ergo big problem.

Think Orta is starting to believe his own publicity and should go for what happened this year.

Mmmn no - Orta for what he did this season deserves to go previous seasons not so much.

So we should have some cash but we will still have the Yankee Clown in charge and a very good chance Orta will be in charge of signings.

    Can't wait.....

Don't think we will need big investment if we end up in the championship.

I expect a lot of the starting 11 to be sold on, but if that creates opportunity for the likes of Geldhart, Summerville, Drameh etc with a couple of additions I believe we will bounce back up at the first time of asking.

    Meslier
    Shackleton
    Hejlde/Dallas
    Struijk
    Koch
    Bate
    Forshaw/Dallas
    Summerville
    Harrison
    Allen/Poveda/Greenwood
    Gelhardt

Not a bad 11 if we want to play attacking football - not sure we will though.

Meslier will go, Struijk will go, Hjelde will go, Bate will go, Gelhardt will go, Harrison will go, and of the others,.......Forshaw is crocked, Dallas may well be and remain so, so we are left with those who haven't been able to get a 1st team showing, also-rans, or loanees. What a solid basis for life in what is recognised as the hardest league in the world. Many thanks to our wonderful executive.

I know you're pretty dour but who exactly is signing Hjelde, Bate or Struijk? Maybe Gelhardt but I doubt it, he needs a year in Championship then he'd be gone. Harrison possibly and Meslier possibly but the rest not a chance only ones gone for sure are KP, Raphinha and the foreign lads in Koch, Llorente, Rodrigo, Firpo etc back to their home countries to play

That team would get bullied off the park and absolutely rinsed every corner or set piece
