    Dense Pundits And Commentators.

An absolute classic at the Commonwealth Games during the Triathlon today.

After the great win by Alex Yee the dumb Brummie “expert” when asked her opinion said he must be “on top of the Moon”.

FFS........where do they find these planks!?

I don't know who you were talking about mick but it seems to me that the one qualification to be a presenter these days is to come from some form of minority group. The last thing required is to actually know what you are talking about and to be able to convey this information to the viewer. Or am I just a cynic!

Just because someone has been an outstanding performer in a particular sport does not necessarily make them a good commentator; a case in points is Brendan Foster, who was an excellent athlete but absolutely shocking as a commentator, he came out with some of the most inane drivel ever heard over the airwaves.

Foster stole a living from the BBC for 40 years with his mumbling, speech impeded, almost incomprehensible ramblings.

A Geordie with a distended jaw isn’t the ideal person to be commentating.
