    The Future

The sacking of Martin O'Neil has me thinking about our current situation. Clearly, our club management team have all been promoted above their capabilities, and I'm struggling to see any competent rational coming out of the Hawthorns, these days. It appears to me, they are hiding behind 'competitive secrecy', but in reality, they have no plan B.
In the unlikely event of our promotion, is Steve Bruce the man to guide the team in the Premiership? He is the oldest manager in football, and his record doesn't stand much scrutiny. My hope would be a strategic mid to long term appointment of someone who can galvanise both the team, and the fans. Pie in the sky, maybe, but I would hope we are looking at the very least, because it will be harder to get the right person when we are in a dogfight.

There hasn’t been a future for this club since they failed to invest when we finished mid table in the Premier.

So very true Boingy, plus promotion under Bruce with a wafer thin squad is very unlikely

The future of this club is similar to Derby and the crooked owner Mel Norris!

I can't see a future honestly. I can see things getting worse than they are. Some fans think we will go up if we keep the faith, they must be seeing a different team to the rest of us.

I knew O'neill would be out quickly, just hope they don't get Dyche.

I love your optimism, you should be applauded, but we are only a couple of injuries and suspensions away from the likes of Livermore, Phillips, Reach and Bartley returning to the side, it makes your blood run cold just thinking about it

You are right Bomber!! Bruce will also want to give these flops some game time! Some are almost hoping Livermore picks up a red!!

Striker? Lai most likely looking to dig up a past player with boots at the ready from a car boot sale!

Shocking state of affairs at our club!!! There’s a reason why Clarke and Mowatt went to Boro!!

There’s another reason why Livermore, Phillips, Robinson, Bartley, Zohore and Reach are still at West Brom! They are all on large salaries and f uckin useless!!’
