    Boris Johnson’s tribute speech.

    Utterly brilliant.

Whatever anyone might think about Boris I think he’s without parallel when it comes to writing a speech.

Even Harriet Harmon gave Boris lavish praise and said how brilliant his words were.

She in turn made an excellent tribute speech.

As did Theresa May, she was both reverential and funny.

I would bet quite a sum Boris will run again and be elected. Really can see this happening and many hate the way he was knifed in the back by Sunak and shunned by a bunch of snakes. Trivial what he did and let’s face it - Starmer due to his luck got away with it!

I thought the most touching thing he said was about when the BBC asked him to do a recorded piece in recent months talking of the Queen in the past tense in readiness for her passing.

The thought of it choked him up so badly that he had to decline doing the piece.

Noticeable that Blair and Major had no problem recording their segments.

I think history will show that Boris’s speech was the seminal one.

Imagine if his ethics were as good as his speech writing.

In bad taste? Wtf are you two talking about.

I was talking about Johnson’s speech writing. And I was disrespecting Johnson, not disrespecting the queen.

So get off your high horse.

I agree 123, Mick and Al do you not remember the Queen sitting alone and looking broken at Prince Philip’s funeral while Boris the t w a t and his lackies having weekly parties at Downing Street
Making a speech on someone’s passing doesn’t make him a good bloke, I’d rather look at his actions rather than his words

He showed absolute contempt for the Queen by his actions and the way he pissed so much money up the wall during COVID and also did not inspire or help or inspire anyone in the way the Queen did, I thought that everything she did during covid at her age was outstanding and her finest hour

I dont recall Boris doing anything that inspired me or made me feel he felt my pain, so one effing speech means **** all his actions speak far far louder than his words no matter how good they were, he’s a lying two faced scum who wants to surround him self with arse kissers who keep telling him how great he is and support him no matter what which is why he supported a bloke who went round feeling up young men in the Commons and made people like Nadine Dorries were made ministers, she is so thick and is better suited to some stupid reality crap rather than being a representative for people in this country, but made it far by arse kissing Johnson

Couldn’t have put this any better BS,

This is a guy who treated the country and the queen with contempt. Don’t forget he was found guilty in court to have lied to the queen when he prorogued parliament, he also reportedly said ‘let the bodies pile high’ during the pandemic.

But he writes a good speech, so we should forgive him for being a scumbag.
